Cafe. I developed this sign for my http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=760008922

But now if you use mod "Prop Snapping" (http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=787611845) then you can use this sign in-game.
And of course you can use in asset editor for creating new buildings.
