The Solitude to Winterhold Transport

Description
The Boat travels from Near the docks at Solitude to Below Winterhold College.

- Read the book on the table inside the Boat for instructions.
- Navmesh error on loading in the CK (Exterior near 2nd Boat port); companions beware.
- Player can use non-spawning chests inside and use bed.
- Interior Navmesh is adequate/ok
- Original concept was for entry to worldspace, but I decided to use it in place of carriage.
- Edition 1.0

PS: The Boat may disappear on loading after using Fast-Travel (CK issue, not me).

the retexture is cool, I just wish it would let us navigate ships in the water (i blame bethesda, not you. theres sky ship mods. dumb. ships are for water. i like the new red in the ship.
