Step 1: Garry's Mod Console (HowToBasic)

Finding your console 101

Find your "Options", click it.
Find "Advanced", click it.
Find "Enable developer console", click it.
Find "Apply", click it.

Step 2: Simple Binds

Once in your console, type:

bind [key] "say [message];[command];[command]"

Of course replace those in the brackets with what you want.

Example is a roleplay bind:

bind KP_PGDN "say /y Drop 5k or be rained down upon by the glory of my slow pokes!"

and

bind KP_ENTER "say /y Move along.;act forward"

See how it can be done?

Replace [key] with the key you desire.
Replace [message] with the message you desire.
(ADVANCED) Replace [command] with the command you desire.

Here is a list of all the ACTS you can do:

act robot -> Robot Dance.
act muscle -> Looks like a decently dressed pole dancer.
act laugh -> Laugh at anyone who looks funny.
act bow -> Gentlemen bow first.
act cheer -> Cheer on your losing football team.
act wave -> Say "Hi", because who does this anyways?
act becon -> Supposed to be "beckon", but you tell someone to get closer.
act agree -> Agree with no one.
act disagree -> Wave your stinky finger around so people can smell it.
act forward -> Good for anyone who have the need to tell others to Move along or Proceed.
act group -> Wave your finger in the air forming a circle, tell all your friends your opinions on fat people.
act halt -> Put your right arm up, make it diagonal, then you extend your right hand out. Now ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ all about. Wait, no. This means Halt.
act zombie -> 2 second animation, scream like a zombie.
act dance -> Dance, Dance Revolution.
act pers -> I wanna be ninja, take me to china town.

Step 3: Advanced Binds

Console Keypad:

How to bind stuff to your keypad.

KP_NUMLOCK = NUM LOCK
KP_SLASH = \
KP_MULTIPLY = *
KP_PLUS = +
KP_MINUS = -
KP_HOME = HOME or 7
KP_END = END or 1
KP_UPARROW = 8
KP_DOWNARROW = 2
KP_LEFTARROW = 4
KP_RIGHTARROW = 6
KP_5 = .....5
KP_INS = 0
KP_DEL = Del or .
KP_PGUP = PGUP or 9
KP_PGDN = PGDN or 3
KP_ENTER = .....ENTER

Example:
bind KP_ENTER "say /y Move along.;act forward"

Action:
Joe Smith yells to move along, he points his finger whilst holding his weapon.
