God Dame Anti-Material Rifles

Adds Anti-Material Rifles, for when you need to destroy a tank, bunker, or small town.

AMRs are rare, with a quarter the chance to spawn as any other weapon.
They pack quite a punch though, and are very valuable.

This mod comes with it's own SFX and gun parts :)

Tweaked damage values to be less ridiculous
Lowered energy cost per shot to compensate for lost damage
Added new barrels which put "Ant" in "Anti-Material Rifle"
Err... they just look cool.
