Katey's Beach House With Basement

This house is designed to be over the water as shown in the back of the house view. However, should you wish to have it in an area that isn't close to the water just lower it more into the ground. I suggest testing this on the creative server first. Depending on where you are placing it, it will need to be lowered about 5 clicks. I've added extra steps on the front to allow for higher elevations.

Since this has a basement you will have to dig it out once you place it. I will also be publishing a NO basement version at a later date. All of the power is in the basement as well as a furnished loft.

I hope you enjoy this house as much as I do. My version had more yard decorations which I couldn't get to re-place correctly in new locations so I had to remove those.

Placement Note: The house is spawned with the deck facing you.

Updated: 7/7/18 to be climate controlled, added more O2 tanks to support this. Removed one floating plant.
