Find Weapon Hit Damage And Stats, Plus Structure/Item Stats Yourself
By MrLancerRalliart
With many new weapons and objects being developed for Unturned, it has become difficult for websites and guides to keep up with the stats of every weapon, medical item, and object. If you're tired of waiting for a website, or you don't want to browse the internet, your own files hold the key to everything you need! You can easily see every stat an object or weapons has, without outside help!

Introduction
Every object and weapon in Unturned has stats. Most people look this information up on the internet in order to find their weapon damage or a structure's strength. Where does this information originally come from, though?
This information can easily be obtained within your own downloaded files. Every weapon stat and structure stat is in those files, ready for you to uncover. Finding the files is easy!
Where To Find The Folders and Files
Go to your Steam library, then right-click Unturned. Click Properties, then navigate to the tab labelled "local files". After selecting that tab, click "browse local files". This will bring you to the main Unturned folder.
Double-click the folder named Bundles, then again on the folder named Items. You are now in the place where all the stats are easily accessable.

Note that the placeable and clothing objects' files can be somewhat hard to read, while the weapon, medical, food, and other items' files are easy.
Item Stats
Finding Your Specific File
Within the Items folder, there will be lots of folders with generic names. You have to find which category your weapon/object will be in. Open that folder. Within that category, there will also be a folder with your item name on it, which you open.
If you're looking for a gun, then go to the Guns folder, then find the folder for the specific gun you're looking at. If you're looking to see what the zoom is for the red cross scope, you would navigate to the sights folder, then find the red cross scope folder. If you're wanting to find out whether or not the Medkit helps your toxicity, you would find the folder named Medical, then find the Medkit folder.
Once you are in the right folder (Titled with the name of the item you are looking up), there should be two files. If you have Notepad, double-click the .dat file that has the name of the weapon. You can then look through the file and see all of the item's stats, including (but not limited to) a weapons firerate, a medical item's healing, or a sight's zoom.

Example
If I wanted to know what the food and water effects an MRE had on a person after they ate it, and I was already in the Items folder, I would navigate to the Food folder, then the Bag_MRE folder. There would then be two files, and I would choose the one labelled Bag_MRE.dat. When looking at the file, I would find that the MRE provides 75 food and 75 water when eaten. We can also see that the MRE takes up 1 space horizontally and 2 spaces vertically.

Other Information
If this is confusing at all, or you have questions, feel free to comment. I would love to add some more detail and explanation to this guide, as it feels too short compared with my other guides.

Damn good. This also lets you tinker around with things, as the Bag_MRE.dat image shows.
Can't wait do to a bazillion-magazine Shadowstalker!
