At first, your steam profile level has to be at least 10 in order to use an artwork showcase.
Step 2
Go to your profile and choose "Artwork" section.
Step 3
Click "upload" button and then choose one of theese artworks:

Go to your profile and click "Edit Profile" button.
Step 5
Scroll down to showcases sections and choose "Artwork Showcase"
Then click on it and choose needful artwork.
Step 6
All done! Now all of your friends think that you have a lot of expensive items!
