"I designed this for a Rainbow 6 fan page, I started with a 8-bit styled two-toned background to work off ( original[www.facebook.com]), colouring the backgrounds to suit each opertor icon, and then adding the icons at a later date. The image has been designed to make edits an easier process (e.g. when later updates introduce more operators, the backgrounds can be moved with the icons).

I used a mixture of GIMP and AutoCAD to create this image.
