1) Right click Club Life ---> Properties ---> Local Files ---> Browse Local Files...
2) Double click the "Game" folder ---> open "patch.rpy" ---> it contains the following line -
label patchpoint:
$ persistent.uncensored = False
return
3) The only thing you need to change is False to True, it should read as follows -
label patchpoint:
$ persistent.uncensored = True
return
4) Save the changes you made
5) Now launch you game and enjoy it the way it was intended to be played, on the top left of your game screen it should tell you the game version and below that you will see "Uncensored Edition"

Just an FYI, so far from what I have played, you really don't see uncensored content until during the ending, so don't get discouraged if you don't see the booobies right away.
