Then remove and touchy the wall
Then just grab the Glyph sphere and put it on there
You can just clear the exit way now if you want. Just take the Sphere out again to go through or continue on.
Go down stairs and take this Sphere
Now put it somewhere and leave it and grab the pink one
Go back downstairs and place it back here
