In this guide, I will tell you how to assemble a complete collection of katanas!

First katana - Uchigatana.

Dropped by Sword Master just outside Firelink Shrine.

Second katana - Bloodlust.

It is given for the achievement of rank 1 in the Mound-Makers covenant. (10 Vertebra Shackles)

Third katana - Darkdrift.

Dropped by Yuria of Londor at Firelink Shrine.
or if you summon Yuria of Londor for the last boss fight and you succeed with Yuria alive, Darkdrift and the full black set can be found where Yuria usually stands in Firelink.

Fourth katana - Black Blade.

Looted from a Mimic chest near the Flame Demon, on the way to Smouldering Lake.

Fifth katana - Washing Pole.

Sold by the Shrine Handmaid after giving her the Easterner's Ashes for 7,500 souls.

I dont think Yuria has to be alive to get th3 darkdrift. I defeated the Lord of cinder and got the usurpation lord of hollows ending and im pretty sure Yuria died somewhere during the battle. Then i went to firelink and found her set+Darkdrift.
