The Normandy landings (codenamed Operation Neptune) were the landing operations on Tuesday, 6 June 1944 (termed D-Day) of the Allied invasion of Normandy in Operation Overlord during World War II.

You are part of the main invasion force landing on Omaha beach.
1) Your primary directive is to help the allied forces establish a beach-head.
2) Your secondary objective is to knock out a nearby fixed gun emplacement which presents a major hurdle in our attempts to move inland.
3) Your final task is to assist the 101st airborne's assault on Colleville.

This mission is a Coop mission but can be played with one player.
To do this start your own LAN server and select position 1. This will allow you to repawn and your NPC teammates will be with you the whole game. You can also save and resume the game if you don't have time to complete in one sitting.
