@Evil Wheat: It wouldn´t work as a taxi then, but maybe you could mod it into a civilian car or a bus. There is a prop version tho that you can place that doesn´t require dlc, but it doesn´t drive.
I might be missing the files for this, I haven´t been playing the game for a while

I can FINALLY get this... My father actually owned a caprice taxi exactly like this. Just bought the AD dlc and this was my first stop. Thanks.
