You can enter things into the console as one-off changes for single sessions, yes. You can also put them into your Launch Options as defaults.
"View Games Library"
Right-click "Left 4 Dead 2"
Click "Properties"
Click "Set Launch Options..."
Add this lot:
+z_jockey_health 150 +sv_consistency 0 +ammo_grenadelauncher_max 100 +ammo_turret_infected_damage 90 +ammo_turret_tank_damage 90 +ammo_turret_witch_damage 90 +mounted_gun_rate_of_fire 20 +sv_vote_kick_ban_duration 15
Click "OK"
Click "Close"
Play the game. Enjoy your new wondergun, the more effective mounted guns and the ease with which you can now kill Jockeys.

Thk for answer but how i understand its for console,dont like, every time neaded to put this cvars or commands before play, vpk mod-better, of course if you have time for this i will be happy)

If you mean you want more spare ammo carried for it, there's a list of variables here:

... which you can change via the game's Properties => Launch Options in your games library.
Adding +ammo_grenadelauncher_max 200 will give you 200 (for this and the launcher).
Adding +z_jockey_health 150 will make those creepy little f****rs die more easily.

hmmm we i don't want either item to vanish so I change my mind.

If you mean just +1 slot for the adrenaline shot, that can be done and I can even make it compatible with the 10- and 15-slot mods.
The problem is that the bots will ignore adrenaline shots and if you die carrying one it'll vanish.
So, do I make pills work as normal and adrenaline misbehave or make the adrenaline work as normal and the pills misbehave? One of them has to go weird for you to carry both.

Like u can have pills and adrenaline but thats just all
