This Starbucks is located on the North end of Toronto, CA. It is the only store in the district with a Drive-Thru. This building was made into a unique building with RICO compatibility to allow you to plop more than one of these in your city bringing continuous caffeine and entertainment to your CIMs.

For the dry bones version of this store you can use this one here, however plenty Starbucks store variants in the workshop these days.

I was sure I did that, I only used the props I uploaded myself in the Starbucks pack. I'm not sure what's going on then.

I tested it, and unfortunately it doesn't. There is a trick for uploading props for your assets, but I'm not exactly sure what it is (it has something to do to subscribing to your own props before uploading the asset, but don't hold my word for it). You should be able to find the tips though
