Major changes :
- Lower tanks IC cost
- Lower all artillery IC cost
- More powerfull tanks ( more soft attack )
- Heavy russian winter
- No spam division from little AI countries
- Limited number of division for all AI countries
- German AI more focused on tanks!
- Sea countries like ♥♥♥ , USA , UK are more focused on production fleet and marines
