Tanz Hunger Overhaul

Opis
- Slows hunger drain to 90% over 60 minutes
- Reduces compound starvation damage
- Reduces food hunger worth (75% of vanilla)
- Slows hunger regeneration (5 seconds instead of instant)
- Eating provides a small amount of healing
- Beds slow hunger drain by 30%
- Increased base rot timer (All food should last twice as long as it used to.)

Odd bug where often times foods do not provide anything to the hunger bar.

FU might be a problem, yes. I'm using now the Alt version and it seems to work fine.

This won't work with other mods that change food (and likely Frackin Universe), so double-check that you don't have any of those installed.

There's also a somewhat rare bug (that also exists in vanilla) where sometimes you can eat food and nothing happens.

Looks like it messes up Improved Food Descriptions.

Several issues from vanilla carry over to this mod:
- Eating food sometimes gives no effects
- Eating food sometimes doesn't actually consume food, but gives effects
- Eating food sometimes doesn't actually consume food, AND doesn't give effects

That said, this mod is definitely on my list of mods to fix, but life is pretty messy right now.
