Автор: Mr. Mortus
This method was discovered by the Steam user know as Aleš Pěnkava (Steam name at the time of guide creation). He deserves all of the credit.

Instructions
You can increase texture quality and draw distance (that is very low even on high).
  • Go to *Username*\Documents\Assassin's Creed Rogue\
  • Open AssassinRogue.ini and change the relevant lines to EnvironmentQuality=4 and TextureQuality=2
  • After this, save and set the file to Read-only

Enjoy that little bit extra detail in your game and remember to back your files up.

Kerem if you didn't figure it out right click on the file, select properties then tick the box to read only then click apply

as an added note you can make the refresh rate higher here as well under "RefreshRate:". It is usually set to 60. feel free to change it. Be aware some games physics are tied to refresh rates so use at your own peril.

Helps with further distance but this game still doesn't render more rod no matter the config. More of the game gives it a really good impressive. Texture looks the same tho unless I compare by video, as I've not done jet.

Is anyone having issues with this game just closing as soon as you launch it? Every other AC game loads and plays fine. this is the only one I am having issues with. Uninstalled, have tried it on difference drives (HD, SSD, and Chip) very confused. Any help would be fantastic
