There are two options how to do it:

1)Open any chat window with your friend and send this link:

steam://install/323370/

After that just click on it and start downloading.

2)Press Windows + R and paste

steam://install/323370/

Press enter and enjoy downloading~

well i had this long before steam removed it and i am reinstalling it via steam as i comment this. Not saying not to do this instead do it if for some reason the game is some how gone in your steam library. just wanted to give a heads up on those like me that still had it in our steam library when steam removed the the game.
