How to get the "Commitment" achievement fast!

A quick way for all you completionists out there of getting the "Commitment" achievement without actually playing, or having to leave the game turned on, for an entire tuesday!

Disclaimer: This guide is for windows only!!

Set your computer time to some time around 11:50 PM Monday.
Launch the game (I started a new game just in case)
Set your computer to hibernation mode.
Reboot computer.
When you boot your pc don't open windows, instead boot into de BIOS (usually by pressing one of the F1-F12 keys during startup).
This is the important part of the guide where we will "fool" the pc by making it believe a day has passed! Change the system date to some time around 11:50 PM Tuesday.
Save, exit and boot into windows.
Reopen the game and play for about ten minutes

oi mate, I actually have work and other things to take care of. So take a chill pill.

I don't think it has been patched, it wouldn't make much sense either. If you're really desperate for the achievement google Steam Achievement Manager and go nuts. If the legit way doesn't work, then idk how to help you.

Uh tried that do you think the2013 version was patched? Cant see how many other ppl have obtained this one and why would it, not work changing al the settings?

You did it the legit way? Turning the game on on a monday night, leaving the game running for the entire tuesday, and checking back again on wednesday?? If that really didn't work I guess you could take the suggestion below of using SAM..

I tried doing it.. the legitimate why… tried cheating tried changing the clock nothing works!!!!!!!;;;(

I'm sorry mate, I'm not sure it is possible to do on mac :( I'd wager it isn't. I suppose a workaround could be using a virtual machine with windows.

or just download Steam achievement manager and force the achievement.
