after entering the area go around the building behind you

The code itself can neither be transscripted by the game nor by manually using a tool .

Therefore I just redraw it by hand (its so tiny becase its a 21x21 picture )


Decryption
After scanning the code,I got the message "vi niste ovdje" .
This is Kroatian for "You are not here" (englisch) or "They are not here" (german).
The seconde one is propably a translation error

Somewhere around a tower level, I found a QR code that I couldn't read. There was a white streak leading to a section of broken handrail.

It's a reference to Antichamber, which is also a really good puzzle game.

About 15 minutes after I finisched this guide I also found the normal way to look at the code

If you do the circumlocation puzzle in the same area, there is a hole in the wall in the room you get the sigil. Go through the hole and there will be a sword from Minecraft, pick it up and take it to the vines and you can slash them. The qr code can be highlighted but no text will show up.

There's an item hidden in that level that allows you to cut down the Ivy and read the message fully from within the game. The first translation "You are not here" is correct, and is in reference to another puzzle game, Antichamber.
