loooool,it's not bugged items, the creator of the video is a known scammer I've got trade banned because he tried to scam me of my dragon lores.
on the video he just traded items on his account, to get the notif in csgo and then traded them to another account so he wouldn't actually still have them on steam, so yeah he got the notif but no actual skin on his steam account
