You mean at 230 seconds? There are several squid spawns around the arena at that point so as long as you go to the outer rim you'll be able to see a squid spawn close to you.

You mean before they come out of SQUID I & 2? You always know they spawn out of the tops of the tentacles, you can see in the video that i've perfected a strategy for quickly killing them so I can take more time to kill other skulls, kill other squids, and collect more gems.
