Factory floor with offices in front - this version has the windows on the roof take up the whole width of the building. Works both on it's own or together with the rest of the complex. Without the RICO mod this is just a park that doesn't do anything. Atm it wants ALOT of highly educated workers - I will tweek this when possible through the RICO mod.

@Eddek_PL: Here at the bottom [www.skylineswiki.com] you can see which services are important to industry and offices. Cargo station/harbor, good fire coverage and perhaps some public transport usually is enough for it to be happy.

It constantly wanrs more services. It's got eveything I can provide and it's still not enough. What gives?

for me its fine, when it uses well educated workers...
i have hard time to feed ressource extractors and processors with uneducated, cause i tend to educate my people a lot^^

The rooftop windows go all the way to the edge on this one, so they connect to each other when placed next to each other.

What's the difference between this and the front with the low roof? They look exactly the same except for the placement of a few roof details. Great buildings btw
