maybe make garbage 50% at day and like most cities do it barely any buses at night

Yup, that's the plan. Keep unnecessary services off the streets during work hours.

yeah should totally do that im assuming you have after dark because traffic is lower at night so you have more garbage trucks at night so they dont cause congestion
