Including some minor changes to the tool positions, so your mining drill will no longer clip with the camera.

Its died I think. Becouse Skins etc will kill the mod.

Your first welder definition needs updating, it uses:
<HandItem xsi:type="MyObjectBuilder_HandItemDefinition">
But it should use:
<HandItem xsi:type="MyObjectBuilder_WelderDefinition">
That causes issues with mods that assume your welder's definition is actually a welder definition, not a wrong assumption to make, but it seems like it can be wrong, but you can fix it from your end :P
That'll likely fix the crashing people have been reporting in the comments.

Also your icons can be easily fixed by using premultiplied alpha, if you need help with that you should ask in #modding-art in the keen's discord channel (or on the forum I guess).

There do seem to be issues in the latest version - the icons in the menus and toolbars have an excessive white border, the custom symbols for the tool 'rank' are replaced by white squares, and all the tool icons appear to be layed over the default tool icons, rather than replacing them.

Otherwise everything seems to be functioning for me.
