Less meteors, More cargoships mod
Tired of patching holes in your ships, time after time again? Wish cargo ships where more frequent? then this mod is for you!
I present to you, the Less meteors, More cargoships mod.



This mods changes the spawnrate of metors and carogoships,
The times listed below are what they are changed to, and what they where:

Cargo ships minimum spawntime : 10 minutes (was 13 min), Maximum spawntime: 17 minutes (SAME/Unchanged)

meteor showers (ONLY AFFECTS NORMAL SETTING) minimum 24 minutes (was 16min) Maximum: 60 minutes (was 24min)

Minimum is the minimal ammount of time it can spawn.
Maximum is how long after the minimal time that it HAS TO SPAWN.
so between 24 and 60 minutes you can get a meteor shower; and the first one after starting a world is always 24 minutes.



1. Subscribe to the mod
2. Start up space engineers
3. Go to world list, Edit, and 'mods'
4. Add the mod in your worlds mod list, press ok.
5. Load. Enjoy.

FAQ:

Q: This mod doesent want to work on catylism and armegeddon mode?
A: this is due to only editing the normal setting for meteor showers, and not the others.
If your wanting less meteor showers, why would you select the other modes then.

Q: Why did you choose to make this mod?
A: While browsing the "balancing and feedback" section of the SE community discussions, I found a user complaining about meteor spawn frequencies, and I decided to try and fix that.

This mod will conflict with mods that affect the vanilla "normal meteor showers" frequency and the cargo spawn ship frequency.

How about a mod that would change meteor showers to 2h minimum and 3h maximum?

well, meteors are not comming so often, but ships neither i see one every hour more or less, is that how it should work?

Releasing fix; Apparently the parent folder wasent called Data but newfolder; but It appears the mod is still working either way, but gonna fix it just in case.

Yes. works with planets. I am using in surival for now; Only on rare occasions 2 storms will happen within 20 minutes of each other or so.
