Fishing Harbor (RICO Enabled)

Deskripsi
This is a functional fishing harbor that behaves as a farming extractor lot. This is to emulate a fishing industry. Now you can build fishing villages and communities.

Note: This uses the Marina lot from the After Dark expansion, so unfortunately the expansion is required to be able to place this lot. Don't worry. I will try to create a custom harbor that will not require the expansion.

Ploppable RICO is required for this to function.

This lot also needs Extra Landscaping Tools to place fertile land on the coastline so the lot can produce farming goods.

Lot Type: Farm Extractor (must be placed on shoreline)
Lot Size: 4x4
Cost: 1000
Workers: 15 (51 if used with Realistic Population Mod ).

Yes. It needs to be put on fertile soil to function properly. Since there is no fertile soil on the shoreline by default, you must use the Extra Landscaping Tools to place them there yourself.
