Report a translation problem
1. Get an early coup. Mid -36, otherwise you can restart.
2. Justify wars on Denmark and Norway ASAP.
3. Conquer them both, should be able to declare war on both before Japan declares on China.
4. Wait. Britain will guarantee the Netherlands, Belgium and others. Soon after Anschluss of Austria.
5. Start justification on Finland. Everyone will be occupied in central Europe.
6. Declare war on Finland (this happened to me just before "Danzig or war"). Conquer them.
Just a side-note, marines and mountaineers are redundant for this campaign. The available army is strong enough to take both Denmark and Norway at acceptable losses. Mountaineers probably makes a bigger impact when you push for the norwegian VPs.
