Here is a step by step guide on how not to get kidnapped
There are atleast 3 ways on how not to get kidnapped that I've had a theory for.
They have worked for me so they might work for you, It differs with people. 2 of the ways are just jokes so don't get all salty on me.

FIRST WAY:
Watch the upper right corner.
In the upper right hand corder, you should see something that looks like this:




Keep watching it.
If you see something like a backwards mouse corner without the spike in it

Like this:



IF YOU SEE THIS THEN TURN OFF THOSE LIGHTS.
THEY TRACKIN YOU SO YOU BETTER HIDE.

If you hear any loud thud or the table move, turn of the lights and be very quiet
