Tight, cramped, closequarters, the middle area is a mess, i would suggest a redo of the entire main area, and add more height variation and taller ceilings, but if you're going with realism here, than keep it the way it is, i'm only suggesting.

Reminds me of a dream I once had, involving an underground subway and two trains that move like Li'l Chew Chew. Each train has an intelligence point and both teams can move them around, meaning you had to navigate a labyrinth and find the enemies intel which could be anywhere.

beautyfull suburban aesthetic also verry grim doe it needs some tweaks with the lighting and the textures for the walls seem kindof bland . perhaps fill them with posters ? you know , to keep going wiht the whole grim , suburban aesthetic and theme .

Was the Washington D.C. metro your inspiration? Pfft it looks so bleak. Train cars and walls would be a great opportunity to include humorous/themed advertisements, public service announcements, etc. to give this some real character. Go wild with it!
