The description of this achievement "Completely stripped an enemy.". The main idea of it is to tear every single piece of clothing of a boss down to nothing (censored by the way)

To what extent?

1. Core requirement (exceptional for DLC character Daidoji & Rin) that all the students of the academy selected must complete Chapter 4 of the Main Story (May I skip this? Obviously NO) because this particular Chapter unlocks their Ultimate Ninja Arts. What to do next after finishing Chapter 4?

2. First an enemy needs to clothing needs to be torned until ONLY the lingerie is left as seen here
Example 1: Enemy must be in lingerie only

3. Now the player's character must be in the Critical (Red HP Zone) with 5 Ninja Arts Scroll
Example 2: Player's character near death + 5 Ninja Arts Scroll (Use the limit break [Down on the D-Pad to lower HP])

4. Finally this is where the Chapter 4 requirements comes into play. Activate Ultimate Ninja Arts (LB + B - by default) to tear every single piece of lingerie left on the boss [the Ultimate Ninja Arts can only be activated with Frantic Mode or Shinobi Mode only]
Example 3: Ultimate Ninja Arts (Please finish Chapter 4 if you cannot use it. Don't question why? as this is part of the game system except for Daidoji & Rin because they're DLC)

General Tip:

• Easier to be done in by Hanzo Academy, Gessen Academy & Hebijo Academy as their damage are not so overwhelming as Homura's Crimson Squad
  
• Use Flash Mode to tear an opponent clothing even in their Shinobi state (much easier. If you love challenges use Frantic Mode instead [take note Frantic Mode higher damage]
  
• Daidoji of Hanzo Academy and Rin of Homura's Crimson Squad will have their Ultimate Ninja Arts by default upon purchase from the shop
  
• It is possible to completely strip an enemy without the Ultimate Ninja Arts using Haruka of Homura's Crimson Squad where the enemy left in lingerie with sufficent HP being able to tolerate 2 of Haruka's Ninja Arts as such destroy one part of the lingerie then move on to the other with another ninja arts(occured only once throughout my playthrough probably a glitch. Tested again with Asuka the similar method, not possible)

Important note
Player's HP must be flashing red along with the Ninja Arts Scroll (20% HP remaining) + 5 Ninja Arts Scroll (+Chapter 4 of any Academy / Squad) to use Ultimate Ninja Arts except Daidoji & Rin (apparently cause they're DLCs and automatically entiled to their Ultimate Ninja Arts)
