AG 60 Levels at 2 Skill Points for ALL

This mod does what the title say's. It gives ALL lords and hero's a max. level of 60 and adds 2 skill points at each level up. This is my thinking. I don't think a general or hero should max-out. Also 1 skill point per level is too much of a grind, and 3 makes the game too easy. So 2 points per level seems the right balance for me. You will probably run out of slots for your skill points, but you should still increase in battle stat's.

This mod only affects one file. So, it should be mod and save game friendly, unless another mod changes the same file as this one.

It will not give you more skill point's for previous levels earned prior to activating this mod.
