Getting a Horse
After creating a new character you start the game inside Throglin Temple.
Follow the tutorial instructions - kill the Groms and loot their bodies - which will give you your first level up.

After you exit the temple, go straight up the steps and follow the path. You want to avoid Tago for the moment so run around him. You will follow the path until you reach Komorin Village, only stopping to pick up some loot lying on the floor next to a dead body. On the way to the village you will run past a small camp site with two or three Groms, don't bother stopping to say hello just yet!

When you get to Komorin Village run straight through and exit the opposite gate. You may start an automatic dialogue with Lucius when exiting the South gate, go through all of the options.

After you've finished your chat with Lucius you want to go left, toward the large cluster of rocks where you will meet Ferid Redismos next to a teleporter. Go through the dialogue options, he will give you a quest and a teleport activator. You will also most likely level up again at this point, so you should be at level 3.

Now you're going to steal yourself a horse!
From Ferid you want to run along the path toward your quest location - the ancient teleporter.

You will first pass a group of Groms on your left then some animals before passing a group of bandits. You will see another teleport and can stop here to catch your breath... as long as you don't have any wild animals on your tail!

Continue past the teleporter and keep to the right until you see a Grom camp with a horse stood by it. Run up to the horse and jump on by pressing the space bar as soon as you see the horse shoe icon. You will need to be quick as the Groms can knock you off the horse or kill you before you're even atop it.

HINT: It's a good idea to save before you try to go for the horse!

Once on your horse gallop away back the way you came, to Komorin Village.
Finding the trainers
Now that you have your horse we need to look at finding trainers for all those skills you haven't learnt yet!
Press F1 (PC game) and you'll see a bunch of skills that are greyed out.

At your current level (3) each skill will cost 100g... but you only have 100g!

So our target is to find the trainers and get enough gold to pay for the skills (approx 2600 gold).

If you've dismounted to take in the scenery get back on your horse now, we have quite a gallop ahead of us.

From Kormorin Village we need to get to Cathalon City

Follow the route from your in game map. Just one thing, you won't be able to get through Darrut Outer gate and so will need to go around it.

When you get to Cathalon you will find a training square, to the south, with all the trainers walking around, if it's daytime. All except the one that will train you in Alchemy and Necromancy, who can be found in Rovant Village.
Find a trainer that trains Disarming Arrow and get that skill.

So you're probably thinking you've just spent all your gold, how are you going to earn more now!?

HINT: Don't get too close to Raul Dang as it will start an automatic dialogue which you don't want to start just yet.

Get back on your horse and make your way to the Cathalon teleport.

Dismount and teleport back to Komorin either with or without your horse... Actually with your horse may be better as you can use him as your personal storage.

To teleport your horse you need to dismount by the teleporter and then move yourself to the otherside of the teleporter. Call your horse by pressing H. You want your horse to position itself in the centre of the teleporter.

Once there climb atop your horse but before you sit on it you want to press space to activate the teleport. The teleport map will appear and you can select Komorin.

If it worked then you and your horse should have teleported, if not, go back (using the komorin teleport) and try again.
Show me the money
Now you're back in Komorin we're going to work on getting some gold into our pockets.

Equip your bow and arrows and select the disarming arrow skill.

From the Komorin teleport you should be able to see three Groms working away. Head toward these Groms.

You want to pull them close and shoot them with your disarming arrow. This will make them drop their weapon and become docile. Once you've diarmed all three Groms pick up their weapons and go sell them to the vendor in Komorin.

The best person to disarm is the ranger trainer at Vesit's Coral. His bow will net you around 400 gold. To reset the Groms and bandits you've disarmed just travel to a teleporter that's far away, if you found the Darrut gate teleporter then that's a good one as you can disarm the Groms and bandits that are camped near there... Just watch out for the wild animals behind you when you teleport in.

You may also want to increase your strength so you can carry more loot. Repeat until you have earned 2600gold and then go back to Cathalon and train the skills you need. Find the Rovant trainer and train up in Alchemy and Necromancy. There's also a trainer near Vesit's coral (the other side of the healing stone who will teach you stealing.

Once you have trained all your skills the world is yours!

You can level up by disarming enemies and then just killing them while they are docile and not able to fight back.

Great Guide!
You can learn all the skills at the begining of the game and its just for a few golds.

There is even better benefit after buying all the skills:
Get 4.000,- more gold and do the "regression" with "Soulpatcher" (e.g. one in middle of the Capital city Cathalon - next to Fountain). You do it 8x per 500golds and you will end up with blank character -> 30 free atributes and 41 free skill points prepared to distribute any way you wish :-).

Just remember, you need to have distributed at least 15 atribute points and 5 skill points before each regresion.

what is the point of not picking all the quests up already, also why make farming money so stupid when you can just go the regular way
