Just in case, may be the guy wanted Purple recolour because the Roman Empire (also named Byzantine Empire sometimes) is usually in Purple in Total War and other games. Or he just like purple :)

I will never use this mod but gave it a thumbs up because I'm 100% sure it does exactly what it's supposed to.

I don't know if you accept requests, OP.... but is it possible to remove the ingame fog during battles? Ive been messing around with the pack file manager with no luck, can't find the line to edit to remove fog/snow/etc.
