Varg Nerf - Valuable Veterans addon

Descrição
This mod removes the 3 rank increase for the Skaeling and Varg's when they build a smithy and replaces it with 1 rank per building.

This caused issues with the Valuable Veterans mod as they were spawning armies of rank 9 units, which that mod buffed.

This can be used as a stand alone mod if wanted (not sure why you would though as Vanilla rank 9 units are only a bit better than standard).

It is save game compatible - but if those armies have already been made in game, then unfortunately they are stuck there. This mod only removes the ability to create them so a new game is recommended if you want the full effect.

Please make a Dwarf nerf!

As a fan of the lore, I really hate them having a good chance of stomping all over the Greenskins. They are supposed to be a doomed and dwindling race, albeit with very strong defenses.

Perhaps something like a -25% income penalty....

@SillyWilly the Norsca update didn't need mod updates, so all mods should work as normal

@crazyivan it was updated within a few hours of the last patch release (see last update time top right), I don't comment on the "update this mod" comments on all my mods, as it normally down to issues on the users end, not mine as the update was uploaded centrally and it gets a bit tedious having to explain this 50 times every patch. To be clear....this mod does not need an update, none of my warhammer mods do... if it hasn't updated on your end this is an issue with your settings, or steam.

It seams alot of moders make something awesome like this then due to what ever reason leave us in the dark. Please guys tell us the truth is it beyound to hard to update or have you other more important life things going on, both i understand and edorse completly
