Descripción
Adds the College of Winterhold from the Elder Scrolls series to the game as a buildable Wonder. Only tested with GK + BNW enabled, and thus only that version of Civilization V is supported. I do not claim ownership of anything belonging to the Elder Scrolls series.

Troubleshooting
If you subscribed, but it doesn't show up:
1. Turn off the game.
2. Delete the Civ5ModsDatabase.db from Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache.
3. Launch the game and go to the mod section again.
After waiting for a brief period, all missing downloads should initiate and install!

If that didn't work, try this:
1. Go to Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS
2. If there is a .civ5mod file in that folder, open that with 7zip, Winrar or similar software
3. Unzip/unpack the contents in Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS

I meant the part of Markarth that is unused, where spiders live and that entrance to the prison. N'chuand Zel is beyond the former.

It's interesting to first say that a city as a wonder is not quite appropriate, but then continue to suggest a city as a wonder :p

I don't make national wonders, though. I tend to stick with buildings/construction on Tamriel and which are mostly intact (because of art). And a lot of the constructions you mentioned are in ruins. Not even sure I'll do Labyrinthian because of the same reason. Sotha Sil could be possible.

I looked at the list and I think the Palace of Vivec would be more fitting than the city, especially if you have The Elder Scrolls Civ Pack, or just want to make Vivec regardless. Also, Understone Keep? What about Markarth in general? The city on top of a city. N'chuand Zel.

I do have some suggestions. National wonder Daedric Shrines, Divine Temples among other things. Also try The Battlespire, Dagoth Ur - the heart of the Dwemer Empire, Sotha Sil - The Clockwork City of Lore, Mankar Camoran's Paradise named (Your leader)'s Paradise, Gate of Sheogorath, Temple of Miraak, Skuldafn, Shalidor's Maze, oh I could go on...
