Use the beta or prerelease version you need through Steam so that it matches up with the version that SEToolbox is looking for. Create your world and modify it there. When you switch back to the newest SE, it should convert the world file to the latest version and run normally.
I haven't had the time to test this yet, your results may vary.
Especially loved the bigger worlds.
I have an ongoing game that has just 1 planet. a 5x original size earth. I am doing the north to south pole drive on it. No idea how to make these changes without SE Toolbox. Hope it get fixed.
Even if not though thanks for this tool. It was fun whilst it lasted.
Granted dropping back to 1.93 still works bu that dont help worlds created in current version.
I'm verydisipointed...
