Repeatable Trait Point Technology

Omschrijving
A simple mod that adds a repeatable tech that adds trait points for those of you who want to create god like races without cheating (the AI can do it too by researching the techs).

To be able to research this tech you must have researched Targeted Gene Expressions and the tech acts just like the other repeatable techs with improved cost for every iteration

The mod should be compatible with any other mod

@Cats! I'll uppdate it when I come home from vacation. In the meantime you can try running it and see if it works, mods get flagged as out of date when a new patch is released unless the author edits a text file saying that it's for the latest patch. Which means that even if it's out of date it may still work.

It should be able to research the tech just as you can but wether or not it actually modifies its species with the points, that I don't know
