I just noticed after far too long that the Civ specific E&D events are not showing up. Also you might want to put in a blurb about how the Palatium when bought doesn't do away with unrest till the next turn. I thought it was a bug the first time but at the beginning of my next turn, the courthourse power kicked in and my unhappiness dropped.

Even better is the AI builds them quickly so any time I've annexed a city I conquered in an earlier era, I haven't had to gold buy a courthouse! =)
