!!Spoiler Alert!!

On the map "Advanced Research Complex" when you meet with Dr. Hayden, your weapons will be lowered. While they are lowered, choose the "Equipment Power" rune and SPAM the Hologram eqipment since it doesnt need to recharge, unlike the Nade. And voila, you now have the upgrade!

aim down sights with the pistol and spam hologram. does the same thing and can be done the moment you get the hologram

I just spam the Hologram equipment as you mantle onto things. It's better since you can do it right after you unlock the Rune.

a_guy_playing, how did you find it? I was testing if i could throw nades in his lab but noticed i had Hologram equipped instead.

Corpselooter, of course. But some people are like me and forget that they exist and barely use them while you want the achievement for every rune upgrade.

or you know just use the grenade legitly. since its an on use progression i highly doubt this will be changed
