Soviet style 5-story apartment block.
Residential housing series: 103 - Lithuanian brick-panel apartment blocks series. (RUS: Литовская кирпично-панельная серия)
Correct series are: 1-318-51. Will fix naming as soon as I have time for it. Can't update - game crashes when clicking "Update"

Ploppable RICO is a dependency addon!! It is a must have in order to make this building work as residential building, otherwise it will be an Unique Building with hardly any functionality.
