Bombers, so you are talking about singleplayer then. This guide is meant for multiplayer, i have no clue how singleplayer mechanics differ from multiplayer.
This is impossible unless under VERY specific circumstances. Let me prove that. Im sure you've noticed that if you take damage, the damage amount is shown on teh top right of your screen after you die. If you have ever been 1-hit headshot you may have noticed that you take 120 damage. however once downed and revived and then shot in the head, the indicator will only report a damage of 50(75 with doc) meaning that there was no hidden down zone health.
The only way I know that can cause you to be downed more than once is via frost's welcome mats.
