Yeah, I saw the save indicator a few times when I was playing in 16:9, but it's outside of the screen when I play in 21:9. And unfortunately it didn't save right before I dropped down to an area I couldn't get out of.

it saves after certain events usualy after you fine tuned a glowing ball
