"E-Eternal Force Blizzard!" Rom gives the enemy a chilly reception!

English/Japanese Rom Voice Mod
Tested as of Shen's Last Gift.

160 English clips -> 237 clips.
148 Japanese clips -> 227 clips.

Added 8 new sound cues for these actions: ally down, spotting civilian, rescue civilian, breaking concealment, being mind-controlled, moving a body, an object being set on fire & stunning alien.

| About the mod |

This mod adds that adds both a English and Japanese Rom to the character pool. Transformed lines have been avoided. Main features of the mod are:

- 237 English voices.
- 227 Japanese voices.
- Radio filter added by audacity.

The voices can only be used on female characters.

Lines were taken from the Hyperdimension Neptunia franchise, which is owned by Idea Factory and Compile Heart.

Heads up: Neptunia VII is coming to Steam soon so I'll be getting the voices from that as soon as I figure out how to get them.

I'm also still in the process of sorting out the Nep U and HDNoire voices, but they should be on Dropbox soon.
