To get the last achievement you need to use Steam Achievements Manager. Even the devs support this solution. Sadly there's no other way. https://steamproxy.net/app/366260/discussions/0/357284131792169073/

Menciono en 2025 que sigue sin funcionar el logro de terminar el juego sin continuar. Está completamente bugueado. No se puede completar este juego al 100%

No he hallado una solución al respecto. Ya lo acabé dos veces y nada. ¿Estará bloqueado por dificultad? Solo puedo acabarlo sin continuar en Normal, ¡lo probé en facil y de igual manera NO SE DESBLOQUEA!

Well, that's one easier way to do an Achievement Guide...Pictures! XD

But yeah, I know what henrique meant, that the "No Continues" achievement is still glitched/broken/etc. still and will require fixing.

Muito legal o jogo mas a droga da conquista "Finish the game without using Continue" não está funcionando, já terminei o jogo até sem perder vida alguma e muitas outras sem usar o continue e a conquista não aparece, algumas pessoas comentaram que é bug do jogo, já até mandei email para os desenvovedores e não responderam, fazer o que né...
