LOL | Project Fiora | NPC + Playermodel

When I was worked on the custom Project Irelia skin. So did I get the idea to make Project Fiora too. I have now done it. It took about a week to make both Project Fiora, and Project Irelia. It's also my first time, I have made a jigglebone cape. I really hope you like it.
