Nokia 3310 Detonator

Made as a test to deduct how editable Insurgency weapon animations are.

Replaces:
- Viewmodel and worldmodel,
- Viewmodel detonator (Det_) animations,
- (Adds) Detonator textures,
- IED VGUI icon.

Notes:
- The model incorporates holographic sight glass texture as the lens of the screen, might not mix with some mods,
- The (barely noticable) jigglebones on the IED wires had to be disabled (glitchy geometry when compiled),
- The detonation "beep" sound hasn't been changed due to the "snd_restart" issue.
