Blink SWEP

Opis
Simple Blink SWEP, that can be called "Teleport SWEP"
Rework of HUD that is on screenshots

It allows players to "blink" to aimed point

SWEP is located in category "Other"

Server Console Variables:
* sv_blink_delay (Default 3) - How long blink swep takes to reload
* sv_blink_deploy (Default 1) - How long blink swep takes to deploy
* sv_blink_distance (Default 10) - Max distance (in meters)
* sv_blink_prepare (Default 0.2) - Delay between fire and blink
* sv_blink_mode (Default false) - Trace mode - 0 is hull (blink), 1 is line (teleport) (Change only if that is needed)

No, it doesn't go through walls, but if you use the sv_blink_mode 1 you can go through ceilings and come out the other side if it's thin enough. Your feet will probably be a little clipped but crouching can usually take care of that.
