How to farm for covenant items offline
This list is to tell you how to farm covenant items outside of PvP/online play, designed for those who either A: Cannot go online due to poor internet/lack of access to the internet, B: Dislike Dark SOuls 3's multiplayer, or C: Are finding it too hard to farm for the items themselves.

Every covenant item is dropped by enemies in-game, to make sure people like you can actually get covenant ranks without having to play online. This list basically details which enemies drop which items, and the best bonfire/area to quickly farm them!

1: Mound-Makers
Covenant item: Vertebre Shackle. Enemy who drops it: Skeletons in the Catacombs of Carthus.
Best way to farm: Catacombs of Carthus bonfire. Head backwards past the ball of bones and kill the two sword-and-shield skeletons. Return to the bonfire and repeat.

2: Watchdogs of Farron
Covenant item: Wolf's Blood Swordgrass. Enemy who drops it: Ghru enemies in the Farron Keep
Best way to farm: Farron Keep Perimeter. The 3 Ghru nearby, leading to the shortcut to the Cruxifiction woods. Kill them, then rest at the bonfire and repeat.

3: Warriors of Sunlight
Covenant item: Sunlight Medal. Enemy who drops it: Lothric Knights in Lothric Castle.
Best way to farm: Lothric Castle bonfire. Head back toward the way you enter the castle, and kill the two knights roaming, then kill the third in the chapel room. Repeat as needed.

4: Rosaria's Fingers
Covenant item: Pale Tongue. Enemy who drops it: Dark Wraiths.
Best way to farm: Abyss Watchers bonfire. Exit toward the Farron Keep, then kill the two Darkwraiths there, who are fighting enemies. Return to the bonfire and repeat.

5: Blue Sentinels and the Blades of the Darkmoon.
Covenant item: Proof of a Concord Kept. Enemy who drops it: Silver Knights
Best way to farm: Anor Londo bonfire. Go up the stairs and kill the 3 Silver Knights outside the building. Return to the bonfire and repeat.

6: Aldrich's Faithful
Covenant item: Human Dregs. Enemy who drops them: Deacons of the deep within Anor Londo.
Best way to farm: Aldrich's bonfire. Rest at it, then run out into Anor Londo and kill the Deacons. Return to the bonfire and repeat.

Finally, the best way to farm these items: Equip the Symbol of Avarice, Crystal Sage's Rapier, and the Gold COvetous Serpent Ring, and use Rusted Coins to increase your item discovery rate as high as possible while farming these enemies. It will still take a while, but hopefully not too long.

I hope this guide helps ya! With a high item discovery rate, these items aren't -that- hard to farm, and you can reliably farm your way to rank 2 in any covenant in a matter of an hour or two.
The Equipment
Forgot to add this part! You need equipment to make this thing oh-so easy!

-Crystal Sage Rapier. You get these by transposing the Crystal Sage's soul. You can wield two of these, to get an additional 100 item discovery.
-Symbol of Avarice. These can be obtained by using Undead Talismans to farm mimics, and adds not only item discovery, but also Soul discovery! Be careful, though, because it also drains health over time.
-Covetous Gold Serpent RIng. You get this very late in the game, in the Irithyll Dungeons, using a key much later in the area. It adds 50 Item discovery, but there are +1 and + 2 versions both found in NG+1 and NG+2, which add more.
-Luck Stat. It's not an item, but if you're farming, a simple re-spec is easy. Just use Rosaria to respec with a Pale Tongue, then respec back afterward!
Covenant item trading
It doesn't work. Your items show up on the ground, but they won't show up in another person's game. You can trade non-spell covenant rewards, but outside of that? You're ♥♥♥♥ outa luck. You gotta farm it all by yourself.

@Blaze The regular skeletons, no. But those hooded skeletons in the Catacombs of Carthus, the Gravewarden Skeletons, do.

For Watchdogs and Rosaaria it is easier to use Farron Perimeter bonfire and farm both Ghrus and Darkwraiths simultaneously.

For the Pale Tongues, wouldn't it be better to go from the Farron Keep Perimeter Bonfire and just go out and kill the 2 Darkwraiths before they engage the tribal enemies?
